Our company is one of the oldest, most-established real estate companies in Hyde Park. We would be pleased to help you locate suitable housing, whether you are interested in buying or renting. Our company is already providing apartments and condominiums for many University of Chicago faculty, staff, and students.

Our company's specialty is older, "three-story walk-up" buildings located near the University. Unfortunately, there is no longer a wide selection of rental apartments in these buildings, particularly near the University, since most of them have been converted to condominiums. In addition to proximity to the University, the rental buildings that we manage offer large rooms, high ceilings, solid masonry construction, and architectural details that are usually associated with residential buildings built 70-80 years ago. Because the buildings we manage are older than some of the high-rise rental buildings closer to Lake Michigan, they offer no off-street parking or doormen, and no janitor living on-site.

All of these buildings offer laundry facilities in the basement. There are already university faculty, staff, or graduate students living in each of these buildings.

We expect that vacancies will occur in each building between April-August. If you have any interest in renting an apartment in a well-maintained, older building, please drive by any of these addresses while you are in Hyde Park and then give my asssistant Donna Ledic a call!
