Your rent is due the first day of each month. The date we receive your rent in our office will be stamped clearly on your check. If your rent is not in on the 10th day of the month you will be asessed a late fee of $10.00 as stipulated by your lease. If your rent payment is going to be delayed for any reason it is a good practice to inform your building manager. There is a mail slot by the lower left hand corner of our office door for delivery after hours or on weekends. Please attach your billing coupon to your monthly rent check. Always make sure your name and your apartment address is written on your check. We do not accept cash at the office.
If your check is returned to our office by your bank for any reason, you will be required to replace it with a money order, certified check, or cashier's check plus a $20.00 processing fee. If two of your checks are returned to us in a one year period, you must pay your rent each month for a period of one year by money order, certified check, or cashier's check.
If you become delinquent in your rental payments, we will file a judgement and eviction suit against you. You will then be responsible for any legal fees that are incurred.
