Unless otherwise noted, we accept personal/company checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. We accept exact amounts only; we do not keep cash in our office and therefore cannot give change.

| $350 | Minimum full service condominium management fee. |
| Higher of $350 or 6% of rents | Minimum full service rental management fee. |
| $35 | Credit report fee for rental application. Payable with money order or cashier's check only. Not refundable |
| $50 | Key deposit fee for rental application. Payable with money order or cashier's check only. Returned if applicant is not accepted. |
| $10 | Minimum late fee for rental units. Condominiums and co-operatives set their own late fee policy. |
| $20 | Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee for returned checks. |
| $25 | Processing fee for providing a copy of a condominium/cooperative documents (declaration, bylaws, rules & regulations, etc.). We provide this service to condo/co-op unit owners only. |
| $0.10 | per 8.5" x 11" copy for client information (meeting packets, mailings, etc.). We provide this service only to Parker-Holsman Co. clients and/or their designated representatives. |
