Question: How can we contact you?
There are several ways for you to contact us, all of which are shown on our How to contact us page.
Question: When are updates made to your list of available apartments?
Every week at a minimum (usually on Thursday). During the active rental season (May to September) updates may be made twice a week (usually Tuesday and Thursday). We post apartments approximately 1 month before they become available.
Question: What are your application procedures?
Our application procedures are found on our Application Procedures page.
Question: Do your buildings accept pets?
In general, our rental buildings do not accept pets such as dogs and cats. Small birds, fish, gerbils, hamsters, and other caged pets are usually acceptable with PRIOR APPROVAL of the building manager. Condominiums and cooperatives determine their own policies.
Question: How do I know who the manager for my building is?
We maintain summary management information on our Condominium Management and Rental Management section pages. These lists indicate the manager responsible for a particular building. If there is a change in our manager assignments, we will send out a letter to the affected parties.
Question: What are the City of Chicago heating standards?
The City of Chicago Department of Inspectional Services has set the following minimum standards for heating:
7:30 am - 8:30 am: 65 degrees Farenheit
8:30 am - 10:30 pm: 68 degrees Farenheit
10:30 pm - 7:30 am: 63 degrees Farenheit
These standards are in effect from September 15th to June 1st.
