Tips on contacting us:

• Whenever you leave a message with us we require four items from you:
  
  1. Your name.
  2. Your address.
  3. A way to contact you. (phone number, email address, etc.)
  4. The reason you are contacting us.
• When making a payment, please clearly identify the unit (i.e. address) for which the payment is to be applied. This will help to ensure that your payment is properly credited to your account.
• We have a drop slot next to our office door. You can put your payment or other correspondance here after hours and we will get it when we open in the morning.
• Ask for your property manager or rental agent. Remember that the Assistant Property Managers should be your primary points of contact. Leave a message on his/her voicemail if you call and they are not in.
• When calling after hours or on weekends, leave a message. Make sure you include your name, telephone number (day and evening), building address, apartment number, and any other information that is necessary (i.e. a description of the problem) for us to respond to your call. Please be specific. Messages are picked up at 10pm nightly.
