Welcome to Parker-Holsman Co.

All requirements listed below must be met, ALLOWING NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. Applicants must fill out an Apartment Prospect Form. This must be done before any other action is taken.
2. Before an application for a specific apartment can be submitted, the applicant must see the apartment desired. The applicant will be contacted by the property manager for that property to set up an appointment.
3. All applications must be complete when filled out.
4. All parental co-signers for applicants must fill out the right side of the application where it says APPLICANT and any other information valuable for your acceptance.
5. All applications turned in must be accompanied by:
   
• Two (2) separate CASHIER'S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, or CERTIFIED CHECKS.
• Both must be made payable to Parker-Holsman Co.
• One must be for the amount of $50.00.  This is the credit report fee and is not refundable.
• The other must be for the amount of $50.00.  This is the key deposit.

6. A photo ID (Driver's License or other government issued ID) and your last pay check stub is required.

7. Your security deposit and your first month's rent must also be in the form of a CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or CERTIFIED CHECK. Once you become a tenant, a personal check is acceptable for your monthly rent payment.

Once your credit report has been called in, your credit report fee can NOT be returned/refunded to you. Your key deposit, however, will be returned to you if you are not accepted.

You will forfeit your $50.00 key deposit if you are accepted and decide to turn down the apartment. NOTE: Once a deposit is placed on an apartment and the application is being processed, we do not process another application (either for you or the apartment) until the first application is completed.

We feel that all of the above is in the best interest of our company and you as our prospective tenant. It gives you the peace of mind in knowing that your application is not competing with other applicants for the same apartment. It tells us of your sincerity in wanting the apartment.
